The Centralina Workforce Development Board develops a forward-thinking plan that integrates workforce, economic development and education initiatives within the region, with a goal of enabling a dynamic workforce that helps our businesses compete in the global economy.

As the workforce specialists that deliver the vision of the Centralina Workforce Development Board, there are eight NCWorks Career Centers in the Centralina region dedicated to serving businesses and career seekers.
