The selection of legitimate training providers and quality training programs is vital to achieving these core principles.
To be considered, learning institutions interested in becoming approved North Carolina Eligible Training Providers (ETP) must first register as a "Provider" on www.NCWorks.gov.

1. Be registered as a "Provider" in NCWorks Online2. Fully complete NCWorks Provider account.3. Submit supporting documentation via Provider profile in NCWorks.4. Await user profile activiation.5. Following user profile activiation, complete training program modules and confirm submission(s).6. Await decision from State.7.
