Building a Better Workforce - 3rd Annual Economic and Workforce Development Summit

The Competitive Workforce Alliance,in association with the Charlotte Regional Partnership,is proud to present the 3rd Annual Economic and Workforce Development Summit." The theme for this year’s summit is "Building A Better Workforce."" In these turbulent times,having a knowledgable and adaptable workforce is one of the most important assets that a business can have.

The summit will showcase how local employers in the 16-county region are embracing new ways of finding and retaining highly skilled,highly motivated employees." These employers have found the keys to growing their businesses and providing exceptional services and products to their customers." Learn how the Competitive Workforce Alliance and its member workforce boards bring together and coordinate economic development,workforce development and education in terms of workforce retention and improvement.
